The “good”
and “bad” team member game played in class showcased how essential trust, communication,
and commitment are to the success of a firm. When one member lacks trust for another it
leads him to act in irrational ways. This then causing other to lose trust in
this member and hence forth act irrationally as well. Communication among all
team members and strict rules can prevent the corruption of a firm.
Implementing consequences for those who disobey said promises will also tighten up relationship not only
within firms but among firms.
